He started his career as a head hunter back in 2006 in an executive recruitment firm to become the Head of Recruitment in fortune 500 company. Aside from recruitment, he\u00a0 also experience in handling the development strategy for Management Trainee as well as Managerial Development Program in both recruiting and program development.
