He began his career as a M&E Engineer, overseeing infrastructure projects from start to finish, including tendering, design, procurement, implementation, testing, commissioning, and project completion.<\/p>\n

With a strong belief in prioritising people, Tan Tho Wei transitioned from engineering to corporate Talent Management and Organisational Development (TMOD) and Learning and Development (L&D). In his current role, he focuses on aligning human capital strategies with business and project needs. With 15 years of experience at Gamuda, he has worked with exceptional teams, consistently delivering outstanding results.<\/p>\n
