Julia Cheah (\u8c22\u6dd1\u8d1e) has been the Director of Human Resources and General Affairs at Canon Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd since 2013. She holds a Master\u2019s degree in marketing from Nottingham Trent University.<\/p>\n

With over 40 years of experience and knowledge in human resources, Julia also oversees Procurement, Management Systems and Quality, Environment, Health & Safety (QEHS) which ensures process excellence across the Company.<\/p>\n

At the forefront of her responsibilities, Julia develops and manages value-added human resource policies and programmes. She provides effective and holistic human capital solutions to support Canon in achieving its vision and goals through attracting and developing the right people.<\/p>\n

As a keen advocate of a diverse and inclusive workforce, Julia champions a work environment that is characterised by equal treatment of staff through encouraging open communications, trust, and mutual respect. Her people strategy approach has retained a strong culture and engagement among employees at Canon. Prior to her current appointment, Julia has held a variety of managerial and administrative positions across diverse industries, such as education, manufacturing, food and beverage and technology.<\/p>\n
