Andrew brings close to 40 years of experience in communication, business growth, and leadership, with deep connectivity and experience gained from living and working across Asia. He leads Eagles Flight Asia Pacific in helping organisations translate strategy into lived behaviours, strengthen performance under pressure, and build resilient cultures.

With more than 15 years in senior leadership roles at Ogilvy/WPP Group, following earlier experience in publishing and communications, he brings deep expertise in culture transformation, crisis communication, and organisational performance. He is particularly skilled at helping leaders and teams reflect on how they think, decide, and perform in complex work environments, ensuring that learning connects directly to workplace behaviour and business impact.

Andrew has coached senior executives from organisations including the Monetary Authority of Singapore, GovTech, MTI, HTX, CPF, SMU, UBS, Standard Chartered, DBS, BDO, Intel, UPS, PayPal, TATA, the National Arts Council, and GIC, among others. His experience spans the public and private sectors, industries, and markets. Andrew holds a master’s degree from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.

As a master media, crisis, and communication coach, he counsels CEOs and senior leaders across the region on positioning, messaging, and storytelling.
