Annie is a seasoned HR professional with over 25 years of experience across pharmaceutical, life sciences, and technology industries. She has helmed senior leadership roles and has a proven track record in developing and implementing workforce strategies that enhance talent engagement, productivity, and diversity. Her work has been instrumental in embedding diversity and inclusion into human capital strategies, fostering a motivated and dynamic workforce.

Annie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing as well as a Master’s in Counseling from Monash University (Australia) and Master’s degree in Human Resource Development (HRD) from The George Washington University (USA). She is an accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF-PCC), a certified trainer with Workforce Singapore (ACTA/CFP), and holds certifications including IHRP-SP, SHRM-SCP (US), and FCIPD (UK).

Beyond her professional achievements, Annie is an avid grassroots leader and passionate advocate for diversity, inclusion, corporate social responsibility, and STEM education. Her contributions to the HR field have been recognized with several prestigious awards, including the People Matters Top L&D SEA Award (2023), Monash Excellence Award (2022), and Singapore Polytechnic Service Award (2010).
