Arun Mirchandani first joined Citi in India in 2010 and since taken on various roles with increasing responsibility in the human resources function across multiple locations including the Philippines, Hong Kong, London and Singapore. Prior to his latest appointment to the position of Head of Human Resources, Asia South Cluster and Banking at Citi, he was the Head of Human Resources of the Institutional Clients Group business in Asia Pacific. Before joining Citi, he has also worked with HSBC and Tata AIA. Arun has a master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai, India.
