Being a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner, Menon harmoniously blends traditional talent development strategies with unique elements of depth psychology, championing Carl Jung’s works and dream analysis to unlock unconscious potential. Menon’s methodology involves understanding the unconscious elements that drive behaviour and performance in the workplace.
