Cherie Tang currently serves as the Regional Learning & Organisation Development Lead for ENGIE South East Asia. At ENGIE, she is dedicated to fostering a positive corporate culture, enhancing leadership capabilities, promoting employee growth, and optimising the work environment. In her previous roles, she optimised the training frameworks in the Asia – Pacific region, improved organisational effectiveness, and designed innovative employee training programmes. Adding with her is an extensive experience in project management and strategic human resources initiatives, facilitating the professional development and leadership training of the workforce.

In her non-working days, she contributes actively as a content and training manager to Voices of Asia, a non-profit organisation in Singapore aimed at providing mentorship to Singaporeans and offers pro-bono career coaching to individuals who are in the phase of career exploration and transitions. She advocates strongly for women empowerment and workplace kindness in her workplace now.
