Christina Yang is Managing Director, HR Executive Partner at Applied Materials, where she leads a global HR team supporting the company’s Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain organisation.

With more than 25 years of international HR leadership experience across Asia and North America, Christina began her career at Motorola before holding senior leadership roles at DuPont and Applied Materials. Her experience includes large-scale organisational transformation, talent and succession strategies, post-merger integration, leadership development, and organisational redesign across global businesses and diverse workforces.

A trusted adviser to senior executives and advocate for people development, Christina is recognised for building leadership pipelines and fostering inclusive, high-performing cultures. She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Nankai University and is based in Singapore.
