Deepthi is the APAC region business partner for Business and Functional Units and is also accountable for all core People & Organisation (P&O) activities in the regional head office in Singapore.
Deepthi brings over 20 years of work experience across various industries and domain – starting her career as an entrepreneur and private equity analyst. She has since worked in HR roles in organisations such as, Becton Dickinson & Company, Keppel Corporation, Human Capital Leadership Institute, and Harvard Business School Publishing in the Philippines & in Singapore.
Deepthi holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering and Masters in Finance & Marketing from universities in India, along with Masters in Human Resource Management from ILR School, Cornell University.
