Elena brings over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, specialising in HR strategy, organisational transformation, change management, employee engagement and wellbeing, as well as talent and performance management. She has lived and worked internationally across Asia, Europe, and the United States, and is a frequent speaker at industry events. Elena is widely recognised as an authority on organisational topics, including people management, workplace culture, and leadership across Asia-Pacific.

Currently, Elena leads HR for Aggreko in Asia, providing strategic HR business partnering and leadership on all people-related matters. Prior to Aggreko, she held senior HR and talent roles at Carrier and BP, where she successfully guided regional businesses through modernisation and transformation programmes, managed multiple mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, and delivered impactful organisational change.

Elena holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University and a Graduate Diploma in Human Capital Management from the Singapore HR Institute. Based in Singapore with her family, she enjoys reading, working out, and planning her next travel adventure.
