Evelyn Low is the Director of Talent Management for Mastercard. In her role, she oversees the full talent management spectrum, which includes leadership development, talent assessment, organisation diagnostics, succession planning and HR strategy design and execution. Prior to moving to Singapore, she had lived and worked in Malaysia and the United States, with varied work experiences across public and private sectors, and in internal and external consulting.
Evelyn is a passionate advocate of evidence-based HR practices and has a background in Industrial/Organisational Psychology. Evelyn is a certified Executive Coach and works with pro-bono clients to help them achieve their personal potential for growth.
