Geeta has over 20 years of experience in HR with an emphasis on learning, talent and organisational development. Her experience spans across diverse industries – including consulting, telecom, financial services and technology – and diverse contexts, leading regional and global teams through various phases of their maturity.

Currently, as a Director in Google HR, she is responsible for building and executing a comprehensive workforce plan and talent & learning strategy for Google’s core engineering and research organisations.

As an HR leader, her goal is to help organizations maximise return on their most important asset: People. In doing so, she focuses on creating a positive and productive work environment where employees can thrive.

In addition to her work at Google, she is passionate about creating opportunities for underprivileged children through education, which she believes is a key factor in expanding their life choices.
