Gloria is a seasoned HR practitioner with experience across a spectrum of sectors in the Singapore Public Service.
She was five weeks into her role at the Ministry of Health (MOH) when the first COVID-19 case landed on Singapore’s shores in January 2020. She steered the corporate divisions to support MOH which led the country’s COVID-19 pandemic response and management. This included the rapid ramp up of workforce capacity and capabilities as well as workforce and workplace business continuity planning and management.
The mother of two young adults and a teenager, Gloria is an active volunteer in various children and youth causes.
