As Vice President of Group Human Resource, Grace Chan Hwee leads her team to oversee the organisation’s talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning and development and employee engagement. She also develops HR strategic plans & policies and digitalisation of HR system in creating culture of excellence and performance-based culture.

She was a recipient of the ‘HR Leadership Award’ by the Golden Globe Tigers 2018 for excellence in HR leadership and The Asia HRD Awards 2018 in Vietnam.  She was also one of the 5 finalists for HR Leader of the Year Award by HR Excellent Awards 2018 organised by the Human Resource Magazine.  She was conferred the HR Leader with CSR Initiatives by CMO Asia in Singapore in July 2019.  She received Malaysia’s Women Leaders 2020 by World Women Leadership Congress & Awards in 2020.

Grace is an active Toastmaster for the past 18 years and currently, she is the District 51 Director, Toastmasters International leading 169 Clubs and 50 District Leaders.
