She has worked with leading global brands with exposure across employer branding, D&I, Analytics, in addition to core roles in talent management and talent development of talent pools. A certified Coach from NLI and a LUMA facilitator in Human Centred Design, in her current role, she partners with business leaders to deliver on their talent strategies focussing on talent identification, management and development by embedding new talent solutions and leveraging technology.
