Jenny Siew is an experienced HR Business Partner with over 15 years of experience in managing HR operations and industrial relations. With a strong background in HR, she takes pride and joy in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals, support business growth and foster a positive and engaging work environment.

In her current role, Jenny oversees a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management and compliance. She enjoys the thought-provoking discussions with employees and senior leaders alike to spur and bring about fresh ideas and encourage a well-rounded perspective to the modern work life.

Outside of work, Jenny enjoys exploring different nooks and corners for the best food  and her favourite time-off activity is to relax in a café with a good cup of tea and a great book.
