Jimmy brings almost 30 years of experience in management, organisational development (OD), and leadership. Currently serving as Commandant of the Singapore Prison Training Institute and Chief Coach of the Singapore Prison Service, he deeply values the opportunities to contribute positively through effective leadership, OD initiatives, and coaching.
His previous positions include Senior Principal Consultant at the Institute of Leadership and Organisation Development (ILOD), Civil Service College, Singapore and Senior Director at the Yellow Ribbon Singapore (YRSG). Jimmy is grateful for the privilege to coach and mentor leaders across all levels of the Public Service.
Jimmy is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC). He is also certified in Team, Systems and Neuroscience coaching. In his various appointments in the Public Service, Jimmy has coached and mentored many leaders at all levels.
