Julia Koh is the CHRO of Sunningdale Tech, a multinational leader in high-tech precision plastics engineering. She leads the company’s global HR function across 10 countries and 23 sites, spearheading strategic people initiatives that support business growth, organisational transformation, and workforce excellence.
With more than 20 years of international HR leadership experience, Julia has built a distinguished career within the technology and manufacturing sectors and is recognised for aligning people strategies with business objectives while fostering high-performance, future-ready organisations.
Before Sunningdale Tech, Julia served as HR Director at Venture Corporation, where she led HR operations globally. She also held senior HR leadership roles at GlobalFoundries, including Head of Talent Acquisition Asia and Head of HR Business Partnering Asia.
