Manas currently heads the Enterprise business for Emeritus across APAC and India. He came to Emeritus after spending nearly 2 decades in a range of leadership, sales and consulting roles across APAC and Europe. Manas is presently building the Emeritus Enterprise business across Asia focusing on key economies like Singapore, Malaysia, HK, ANZ, India, Indonesia, Philippines, Japan, South Korea and Thailand.

He spearheads a team of Sales Leaders, Customer Success, Program Managers, Learning & Instructional Designers and Support Functions that are partnering with some of the largest organisations in the region. Manas has supported several Fortune 500 clients– including clients like Coca Cola, DBS, Microsoft, Unilever, Intel, Toyota, Samsung, Singtel, Visa, PepsiCo, Carlsberg, Tata Group, Prudential, Bayer, ING, Kimberly Clark, Mastercard, Schlumberger, UOB and the Singapore Government. In the last 12 years, he has delivered programs to over 10,000 leaders around the world, in over 25 countries, including guest lectures at several universities including National University of Singapore, SP Jain and ISB.
