Having graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in

Industrial Organisational Psychology, Nicole blends her knowledge and genuine desire to help people to excel in all facets of HR, including talent management, organisational development, culture and L&D.

Currently, she serves as the Director of Human Resources and Corporate Communications for Singapore and Hong Kong and the APAC Regional DEI Lead at McCann Worldgroup, a leading global marketing company.
