Paula has been fortunate to have worked all over the world – Europe, Canada and Latin America and for 20 years across Asia. She trained initially as telecoms engineer working in customer facing roles on multi-million-dollar projects. Paula made her own career transition after 14 years in engineering into being a learning & talent leader, which allowed her to focus on helping organisations grow through people. This broad experience has meant she have worked in some interesting areas from a cultural and diversity perspective, and she used the experiences as a positive learning platform to grow herself, her teams and her clients.
