Previously Saurav served as an Executive Leadership Coach, Senior Workplace/Management Consultant and Subject Matter Expert at Gallup. As a Strategic Advisor to CEOs, CHROs, Saurav led Leadership thinking around how to maximize human potential and performance to build high performing organizations.
Over the 10.5 years with Gallup, he has coached 1000 Leaders, trained 10,000 Managers, trained 3,000 Executive Coaches on Strengths Coaching and facilitated over 1000 workshops across 38 cities around the world and won numerous performance awards at Gallup and externally.
His area of expertise is building High Performing Teams, Employee Engagement, Building a Strengths Based Culture, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Executive Coaching, Strategic Advisory. He has invested his life energies in building his expertise in “Human Nature and Performance”.
Saurav has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Delhi University, an MBA in strategy, leadership and marketing from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, India and HR Management and Analytics Certification from Wharton.
