She works closely with business heads and strategic partners to bring learning solutions to life, grounded in empirical evidence, and to chart innovations that work for employees, the organisation, and the ecosystem.

Throughout her career as a human capital consultant and now at OCBC, Seet has strongly believed in designing learning that speaks to business needs and responds to voices on the ground. She believes that data speaks louder than the solution itself.
