Having worked across consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, information technology, financial services and currently the Group Head of Leadership and Learning for IHH Healthcare (65,000 employees, 80 hospitals worldwide); She is focused on forging strong partnerships with business to bring solutions that are future focused and relevant. She enjoys challenging current development practices in order to enhance employee learning experiences and driving a company-wide growth mindset. An early adopter of technology solutions in the learning space, she is excited about what AI can do for the space of Learning and Development.

Shailaja believes that the route to making an organisation sustainable, lies through making it an inclusive one. Therefore a key focus is on championing Psychological Safety and building an Inclusive Organisation.
