Steve Lim is a seasoned HR leader with over 20 years of experience in HR management, business development, and operational excellence. As the Head of Group HR at Greenpac (S) Pte Ltd since April 2022, he oversees HR operations for the Singapore and Malaysia offices, leads CSR initiatives, and heads the ‘Social’ committee in the ESG team.

Steve has been instrumental in enhancing Greenpac’s HR framework and spearheading innovative projects, including managing the group IT department. His expertise includes succession planning, talent management, training, people development to name a few.

Before Greenpac, Steve was the Head of HR at Fei Siong Group, where he led a team of HR professionals managing 1600 employees. His responsibilities included recruitment, retention, compensation and benefits, payroll administration, HR advisory, policy formulation, and compliance.

Steve also has extensive experience from Goodwood Park Hotel, where he served as Executive Assistant Manager and Director of Learning and Development. He managed multiple F&B outlets, marketing strategies, and online food delivery planning, contributing to the hotel’s growth.

Additionally, Steve gained international experience as Senior Account Manager for Booking.com in China, establishing the company’s presence and leading a team. He also founded and managed Kareben – House of Japanese Curry, showcasing his entrepreneurial skills.
