She has a proven track record of implementing tailored HR solutions that drive engagement, regulatory adherence and operational excellence.

In her current role as Head, HR with Hong Leong Bank, Singapore, Tina partners with the Senior leadership in managing the People agenda. She leads the HR function in fostering a positive work environment, employee engagement and ensuring HR compliance in a highly regulated banking environment.

Tina is a co-author of the Amazon No 1 best seller Book, My Voice- Stories of Transformation & Purpose by Women of Substance. She is an active speaker in various HR forums where she shares her insights on HR and mentors upcoming HR professionals and students.

Tina holds an IHRP Senior Professional Certificate, Strategic Human Resource Management from National University of Singapore and MBA in HR from Mumbai University, India.
