Ujjwal Sarao is the Chief People Officer with Graas based in Singapore, focussing on the global people strategy and key talent management solutions. She focuses on building high performance teams by creating best practices in tough market conditions for the growth-driven organisation.

With over 25 years of experience in people management, Ujjwal is a strategic business partner working in leadership roles across Asia Pacific focussing on team & organisational effectiveness, executing and scaling strategy, service delivery, and measurement. She has strong experience as a consultant & coach to complex stakeholders, building capability to support & deliver a transformation agenda.

She has spent the last 15 years in HR leadership roles across Asia Pacific in the communications industry with Global Networks’ Aegis Media, Dentsu, and Publicis.

Working as a coach & strategic partner in leadership, Ujjwal has orchestrated organisation design initiatives covering the full spectrum of the HR function, from building a people plan with key HR strategies to putting them in action.

In addition to her accomplishments in human resources, Ujjwal has also provided career transition services for more than five years through one-on-one coaching & group workshops. She is a certified results trained coach by the Neuro Leadership Institute.

Ujjwal is based in Singapore and is a proud mother of two teenage sons. The scarce free time not spent with them is used towards socialising or travelling.
