Vishal is a transformative and purpose driven HR Leader with 16 years of experience in the technology industry and a demonstrated impact leading global teams across talent engagement, HR operations, learning & development and most recently frontline HR functions.
Currently as the People Consultant Lead for APAC Tech, at Google, he leads the team to deliver critical & highly visible HR programmes, OKRs and processes through dynamic consultations with business leaders, managers and Googlers.
With experience and a penchant for nurturing startup teams and functions, Vishal is incredibly committed to achieving business goals and creating the conditions for high performance, developing people, building community and transforming cultures in diverse and matrixed environments.
Outside of work, Vishal is mastering the art of parenting and loves spending time with his 3-year-old daughter. Lessons learnt so far, ‘progress over perfection’ and to ‘be kind to yourself’.
