Ojaswini is a human relations specialist and leader with over 17+ years of multi-functional experience.<\/p>\n

She has led in both regional and country roles. Her roles in consumer businesses involved HR business partnering, people development and learning, talent acquisition and employer branding, DEI and global change management projects.<\/p>\n

She has worked with the Godrej group and L\u2019Oreal in India, and later moved to South Asia Business HR role based out of Singapore to lead Digital & E-commerce transformation for the consumer business. She is currently the Learning Activation Head for People Development and Learning for L\u2019Or\u00e9al\u2019s South Asia Pacific Middle East and North Africa Region based out of Singapore.<\/p>\n

Her role as a mentor, subject matter expert and DEI facilitator is well recognised within the organization.<\/p>\n
