Deepthi is the APAC region business partner for Business and Functional Units and is also accountable for all core People & Organisation (P&O) activities in the regional head office in Singapore. <\/p>\n

Deepthi brings over 20 years of work experience across various industries and domain \u2013 starting her career as an entrepreneur and private equity analyst. She has since worked in HR roles in organisations such as, Becton Dickinson & Company, Keppel Corporation, Human Capital Leadership Institute, and Harvard Business School Publishing in the Philippines & in Singapore. <\/p>\n

Deepthi holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science & Engineering and Masters in Finance & Marketing from universities in India, along with Masters in Human Resource Management from ILR School, Cornell University. <\/p>\n
