Julia is the CHRO of Sunningdale Tech Ltd, a multinational high-tech plastics precision engineering company headquartered in Singapore. She leads the HR organization spanning nine (9) countries and eighteen (18) sites.<\/p>\n

Julia is a seasoned global HR leader with over 20 years of experience across the full spectrum of HR and a proven track record in leading strategic HR evolution and transformation initiatives. She has a deep passion to continuously bring HR to the next level of excellence. She is a strategic HR business partner and a keen advocate of digitalization, talent\/leadership development, and operational excellence in HR practices.<\/p>\n

Julia holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of London and a Master of HR from the University of Newcastle Australia.<\/p>\n
