Mr Kenny Tan is the Deputy Secretary (Workforce) at the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). His mission is to empower all Singaporeans to access good job opportunities and have a secure retirement. To create these opportunities, MOM enables businesses to thrive via a well-functioning labour market that provides access to skilled local and complementary foreign manpower. Through Workforce Singapore and tripartite partners, MOM implements active labour market programmes to support workers to progress in their careers. Through the Central Provident Fund Board, MOM implements the national social security savings scheme.<\/p>\n
