Perry is the Global Head of Learning & Development at SATS, with over 20 years of cross-industry and cross-functional HR experience. His expertise spans learning & development, talent development, organisational development, culture, and learning technologies.<\/p>\n

Perry spent most of his career in the financial services sector, where he held group and regional HR leadership roles at DBS, Standard Chartered Bank, and Chubb. In the past decade, his work has focused on initiatives that combine people development with digital transformation. Holding a Master\u2019s degree in Instructional Technology, Perry is passionate about the evolving intersection of human capability, digital innovation, AI and the future of learning\u2014particularly the profound impact AI will have on pedagogy and andragogy.<\/p>\n
