Samsung Malaysia Electronics<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fong Tuan is currently the HR & General Affairs Director for Samsung Malaysia Electronics where he is responsible for the end-to-end people operations and administrative functions.<\/p>\n

Previously he was the Chief People Officer of the Mah Sing Group and held senior HR leadership roles with B. Braun Asia Pacific, Maybank Group, British American Tobacco, OCBC and Coca-Cola. He was also a Malaysia\u2019s talent practice lead with Watson Wyatt (now known as Willis Towers Watson) where he consults in the areas of talent management, total rewards and human capital strategy.<\/p>\n

He is a qualified professional engineer and a chartered financial analyst. He holds a first-class honours degree in electrical and electronics engineering from University of Sussex, UK and a post graduate degree from INSTEAD and Harvard.<\/p>\n
