She also develops HR strategic plans & policies and digitalisation of HR system in creating culture of excellence and performance-based culture. <\/p>\n

She was a recipient of the \u2018HR Leadership Award\u2019 by the Golden Globe Tigers 2018 for excellence in HR leadership and The Asia HRD Awards 2018 in Vietnam.\u202f She was also one of the 5 finalists for HR Leader of the Year Award by HR Excellent Awards 2018 organised by the Human Resource Magazine.\u202f She was conferred the HR Leader with CSR Initiatives by CMO Asia in Singapore in July 2019.\u202f She received Malaysia\u2019s Women Leaders 2020 by World Women Leadership Congress & Awards in 2020. <\/p>\n

Grace is an active Toastmaster for the past 18 years and currently, she is the District 51 Director, Toastmasters International leading 169 Clubs and 50 District Leaders. <\/p>\n
