He has spent the last 18 years in Human Capital Development. During this time, he has held leadership roles including the Vice President of APAC for the Center for Creative Leadership, the Head of the Asia HR Practise for CEB (now Gartner) and most recently the Managing Director of DDI Singapore. <\/p>\n

Prior to this, Sureish was in regional business development in the technology sector for emerging markets in Asia with Hewlett Packard, and MAXIS Communications in Malaysia. He is an experienced leadership consultant and passionate executive coach, certified in several assessment tools.
