When and where is this event held?

The event date is 26 September, Thursday. The venue is SMX Convention Center Aura, BGC, Taguig City, Philippines. 

What is included in the registration fee?

A regular conference pass includes a lunch buffet, refreshments, complimentary stationery and a full day with packed keynotes, case studies, and networking opportunities.

What payment modes are there?

The following forms of payment are accepted:

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express, via PayPal)
  • Bank deposit (any Bank of the Philippine Islands branch, account name: LearningCurve, Inc., account no. 4443-0297-59)
  • Cheque (payable to LearningCurve Inc. delivered to Unit 938 City & Land Megaplaza Bldg., ADB Ave. cor. Garnet Rd. Ortigas Center, Pasig City. For group registration, you may also request for cheque pickup.)
  • Wire transfer (Bank of the Philippine Islands, SWIFT code: BOPIPHMM, account name: LearningCurve, Inc., account no. 4443-0297-59)

Your registration is confirmed and completed only after payment.

Our company is exempt from VAT. What's the next step for us?

Just email a copy of your VAT exemption certificate (e.g. PEZA certificate) for verification, along with a request for an invoice. Please contact one of our account executives or call us at +632 696 6981 for details.

We require vendor accreditation before we can process our payment. We do we talk to?

Do you issue an official receipt?

We issue an official receipt for cheque pickups. For bank deposits and on-site payments, you can get your official receipt from the registration counter anytime during the conference. Take note that we do not deliver official receipts after the conference, but you may send out a messenger to pick it up at our office.

Is lunch provided?

Yes. Morning refreshments, lunch and tea breaks are provided at no cost.

Will the participants be broken into smaller breakout rooms?

No. All formats and sessions stated on the agenda will be held in a plenary format within the main conference ballroom.

Are there complimentary parking coupons available?

No, complimentary parking is given to speakers only.

What do I have to bring along for the conference?

Bring yourself, a positive and open attitude towards learning, a shawl/business jacket and your business cards for registration. 

What if I am not a L&D expert?

We warmly welcome all HR practitioners involved in the strategic, implementation or the execution phase of their in-house HR training programs. 

 

What if I would like to bring a colleague or a friend along?

Please contact our delegate registration team for any group rate for your team. 

What if I can’t attend at the last minute?

Given the nature of our event, the success of our event is highly dependent on a full attendee turnout and commitment from each participant. If you are unable to attend at the last minute, we would appreciate if you could send someone from the HR function in your place. No-shows are non-refundable.

What time will the conference start and end?

The conference will start at 9am and end at 5:30pm.

Do you give a certificate of attendance?
