Nititra Sara Tienrakvicha is the first external management professional hired in the 129-year history of Tilleke&Gibbins. She is a versatile and seasoned HR professional with 15-plus years of experience in varied HR roles, specialising in developing and executing HR strategies, change management, stakeholder engagement, and leadership management.
She has in-depth experience in leading multicultural HR transformations, and developing and implementing people-focused agendas aligned with organisational strategic directions across regional and global boundaries. Her passion lies in creating sustainable and impactful HR strategies that drive employee engagement and business performance.
She holds a BA in politics from Chulalongkorn University and an MA in public administration from San Francisco State University. Her cross-industry experience ranges across software, oil and gas, FMCG, banking and finance, telecommunications, and the regional legal industry.
