Dr Somkiat Sakulsuraekkapong is the Vice-President of Human Resources and Customer Experience at MSIG Insurance (Thailand). After beginning his marketing career at a trading company, he then ventured into human resources, quality and environmental management systems and corporate social responsibility at a multinational construction materials manufacturing firm before continuing his profession in HR, CSR, and customer experience in the general insurance industry.
His experience spans various marketing, QMS, CX and HR areas in trading, manufacturing, financial services, public organisation, education and other sectors. He is an advisor of the Human Resources Insurance Club, and a member of many institutions, including the business development committee of Thai General Insurance Association; Prince of Songkla University; and the human resources committee of the Land Bank Administration Institute (Public Organisation).
