She has held numerous strategic HR leadership roles in various, reputable multinational companies across industries in Asia Pacific, which includes Chief Human Resource Development Officer with Reliance Industries India; Chief Human Resource Officer with Tesco Thailand; Regional VP for Human Resources with Kao, Japan; and Asia Pacific Human Resources Director with Pfizer International and Bechtel International, Thailand.
