Anissa is the Head of Talent, Senior Recruiting & Training for North Asia in CEVA. CEVA is a global logistics company managing business in Freight management, Contract logistics and Supply Chain solutions.  Since logistics is people business, Human resources is one of the key functions in supporting business flow. In CEVA, Anissa drives talent management, manages recruitment for senior level and develops training curriculum in North Asia to shape the new generation of freight forwarders. Before joining CEVA, Anissa has worked in various industries in insurance, retail, trading, manufacturing sector across Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Being general HR practitioner for many years, Anissa realizes that people development and talents pipeline building become vital to the business success. Cultivating cultures and enhancing interactions across different countries will allow the staff explore new career opportunities and share good practices. Anissa believes fast pace with unpredictable economic situation will result more challenges to HR professionals which in return lead to a more interesting and meaningful roles in the coming future.
