Anita Chan is the Head of Learning & Development Department of Midland Holdings Limited, a leading real estate agency group which not only provides real estate agency services in residential, industrial and commercial properties sectors, but also offers wealth management, surveying and property valuations, property investment, mortgage referral, money lending, and immigration consultancy services.

Anita is an expert in talent transformation, business development, digitalization and recruitment brand building.  She started her training career in Manulife International Limited and then shifted to take up the business development role to build the bancassurance channel.  Few years later, she joined Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, UFJ, Limited to lead Sales Planning, Marketing & Training teams.  To look for new challenges, she moved to Prudential Hong Kong Limited as Director, Partnership Sales Training.  Before joining Midland Holdings Limited, she was working for AIA International Limited as Head of Business Training & Development, Agency Best Practice Advisor.

Anita holds a degree of BBA (Hons), Office Management from the Hong Kong Baptist University, and is recently taking EMBA in the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
