Ben Chan is Head of Talent Development, Sun Hung Kai Properties, a leading property conglomerate in Hong Kong, with a focus on the non-property portfolio businesses.
Ben started his career in HSBC, and in 16 years there, had worked in frontline Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, Trade Finance, Asia Pacific Strategy and the CEO Office. He was Deputy Chairman of RMB Committee of Hong Kong Association of Banks.
From 2011 to 2015, he worked as Co-Head Greater China Banking Practice in Egon Zehnder, a global Big-5 consultancy in c-suite executive searches and leadership advisory.
Ben obtained his MBA, with distinction, from INSEAD, and a Computer Science degree from University of Hong Kong. He is President of INSEAD Alumni Association in Hong Kong.
