Charlotte is currently the People and Culture Director at Klook, she’s responsible for both HRBP as well as Global Talent Acquisition. She is passionate about building strategies and initiatives that bring impact to ever changing businesses and people challenges. Her specializations are business partnering, talent acquisition, employer branding, organization development and change management. Prior to Klook, Charlotte spent her early years in the luxury retail industry pioneering business expansion in China. In view of her interest in connecting with people and her strong beliefs in talents, she made a career move to Human Capital Management and spent her last 10 years in Michael Page, KOS International and K11.
