Chloe Lau has been with BNP Paribas Asset Management for nine years. Based in Hong Kong, she is currently Head of Human Resources Projects, Asia Pacific and responsible for driving the HR project management agenda across nine markets in the region. Her current remit also includes planning and executing projects for HR transformation, HR technology, HR Process and control, and developing new HR capabilities such as HR analytics, HR communications / marketing; and employee experiences.

Chloe began her career in the financial industry in 2005. She is equiped with over fourteen years of HR generalist experience across Financial Institution Industries, of which nine years are that of regional roles at BNP Paribas Asset Management.
