Debbie is the Head of Talent Management & Development at Aegon Asia, a Netherlands-based insurance company, dealing with life insurance, pensions and asset management. She drives the talent management agenda for the regional office and its associated businesses, and is responsible for developing and managing the training curriculum, as well as leadership and organization development projects for the region. 

Before moving to Hong Kong, Debbie had worked across both public sector and multinational corporations in Singapore. She has a proven track record of coaching senior leaders, and creating talent strategies that drives high performance and fosters a learning culture. Her experience spans across a broad range of industries, including aviation, research, technology, healthcare and financial services.                                                                                           

Debbie is a certified career coach and trained Industrial & Organizational Psychologist. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business (HR Consulting), and an Executive Masters in Science, I/O Psychology & HR Management from City University of New York.
