Iren Fabian serves as the APAC Client Solutions Director at Sterling Lexicon, bringing over 15 years of extensive expertise in supporting HR and Global Mobility teams. Throughout her career, she has consistently delivered tailored solutions for government entities and global and regional companies. With a diverse background that includes living in four countries across Europe and Asia, Iren deeply understands the cultural and strategic challenges faced by global HR teams across various regions. Additionally, she holds a concurrent position as a Board member for the Central and Eastern European Chamber of Commerce. In this role, she actively supports and coordinates European companies seeking to invest and develop their business across APAC while also facilitating the entry of Singaporean companies into the Eastern and Central European markets.
