Mathieu Perna started his career with Société Générale in 2006 as HR business partner for the technology department, first in Paris and then in Hong Kong. He was then in charge of HR for Société Générale’s financing and client coverage departments in Asia. He was appointed as head of recruitment for Asia Pacific in September 2014.
Mathieu and his team work on attracting top talent to Société Générale in Asia Pacific, and making Société Générale an employer of choice in the banking industry in the region.
He holds a master’s degree in business and a master’s degree in human resources.
