Previously, Ruth worked at LANE CRAWFORD for 7 years as Chief People Officer; responsibilities covering C suite business decisions in Hong Kong, Beijing, Chengdu, Shanghai.

Ruth also worked at Jardine Fleming, Credit Agricole Indosuez, A.S. Watson Group, Taubman Asia Management and The Murray Hotel.

Ruth’s experience covers retail, B-to-C and B-to-B on and offline, luxury retail, hotels/hospitality, advertising, real-estate, financial and media environments.
